"I first became acquainted with Victoria Menning when were were
both students at Western Theological Seminary. She was known for her
keen intellect, her pastoral skills, and her ability to impart the Word
of God. Most striking, however, was her humility about preaching the
Word of God. Vicky was always struck by the awesome responsibility of
the task, and never took it lightly. She became an extraordinary preacher.
This was no surprise to any who knew her well. But her humility has
remained intact. Vicky remains a faithful and true servant of God and
now serves the Reformed Church in America at Western Theological Seminary.
