The Women's Leadership Institute of WITNESS is a continuing education
program based on the values of women. The Women's Leadership Institute
assists women from all walks of life, in their life's work of integrating
theology, spirituality,
worship and leadership.
Women's leadership Institute focuses on the fundamentals of a woman's perspective and methods of understanding and sharing this wisdom. Through seminars, lectures, course work and collegial life sharing, participants examine women's history, theology, and ecclesiology.
Core to the program are learning circles, guided analysis of content, group reflection on experience, communal worship and prayer.
